Braeburn
Varying from greenish-gold with red sections to nearly solid red, the crisp and aromatic Braeburn blends sweetness and tartness for high-impact flavor.

Grade Info: Braeburn apples are separated into 2 Washington Extra Fancy grades for color. All Washington Extra Fancy grades are clean to within 1/4" of minor grade defects such as blemishes from limb rub or frost marks. The PREMIUM color grade is 50% to FULL COLOR while the WASH#1 is 30% to 50% color.We also pack a U.S. Extra Fancy grade that includes all color and allows up to 1/2" of blemishes.

Cameo
The Cameo is a pleasantly sweet apple with a firm texture. It's color is red stripe over a creamy background. An excellent dessert apple or tasty on-the-go snack.

Grade Info: Cameo apples are separated into 2 grades. The Washington Extra Fancy grade has 50% to full color and is clean to within 1/4" of minor grade defects such as blemishes from limb rub or frost marks. The U.S. Extra Fancy grade allows up to 1/2" of blemishes.
Organic WA Extra Fancy Grade
Cripps Pink
The Cripps Pink is known for its sweet-tart taste and firm, crisp flesh. It is yellow in color with a pink blush. Great for cooking and eating out of hand.

Fuji
The crisp, juicy Fuji varies from yellow-green with red highlights to very red. Its spicy, sweet flavor make it excellent for salads or eating as a snack.

A reddish striped skin over a golden background. This crisp new favorite is aromatic and sweet.

Golden Delicious
A round, golden apple with thin skin and creamy yellow flesh. This is the best-all purpose apple with a mellow sweet flavor.

Grade Info: Golden Delicious apples are separated into 2 "PREMIUM" Washington Extra Fancy grades for color. All "PREMIUM" grades are clean to within 1/8" of minor grade defects such as blemishes from stem-bowl russet or frost marks. The "GOLDEN BLUSH" PREMIUM grade is a clean, white skin with a sun kissed pink blush area. The PREMIUM grade is clean with all white or slightly green color. We also pack a U.S. Extra Fancy grade that includes all color and allows up to 1/2" of blemishes.

Granny Smith
A round, green apple crisp white flesh. This classic tart apple holds its firmness when cooked.

The PREMIUM "Granny Rose" grade is all green color with an area of pink blush that has been kissed by the sun. While the PREMIUM grade is all solid green. We also pack a U.S. Extra Fancy grade that includes all color and allows up to 1/2" of blemishes.

Honey Crisp
The honey crisp is exceptionally crisp with a honey sweet flavor and a touch of tart. The skin has a cream-colored flesh with a yellow background. Great for salads and baking.

Yellow-green base with a blush stripe. A blend of Jonathan and Golden Delicious, the Jonagold's tangy-sweet flavor is unique. Excellent for eating or cooking.

A heart-shaped apple with deep, ruby red skin. This classic apple has a mild, sweet flavor and a good crunch.

Rome
Called the "baker's buddy." Bright red skin, slightly juicy flesh. Used primarily for cooking, their flavor grows richer when baked or sauteed.

Pear Varieties
Asian
Round shaped pear with thin, yellow, russested skin. Well known for its mild, sweet flavor and juicy white flesh.
Available Aug-Feb.
Bosc
Highly aromatic flavorful pear. Often known for its symmetrical body, long tapering neck and slim stem. They are golden brown and often russeted. They do not change color as they ripen.

Comice
One of the sweetest, juiciest varieties, and often are very large. An elegant dessert pear that's excellent with cheese. Little color change when ripe.

D'Anjou
Abundant juice and sweet flavor when ripe. Light green or yellow-green in color. They do not change color as they ripen. Thin skin with smooth textured white flesh.

Red Bartlett
Bright red skin when fully ripe. Aromatic, perfect for fresh eating. Very sweet and juicy.

Red D'Anjou
Maroon red when ripe. Abundant juice and sweet flavor.

Starkrimson
An earl crimson color pear has a wonderful mild, sweet flavor.

Bartlett
Ripens to bright yellow skin. The flesh is white, smooth and juicy. Very sweet aromatic.
