This simple and direct channel of supply offers your most rock-solid assurance of a consistent level of quality and the great eating experience that bring customers back into your store.
The Dovex QC program extends to our CA storage facilities that feature the latest segmented, “customized” rooms. Smaller rooms are loaded more quickly during harvest enabling us to seal them quicker, guaranteeing better fruit quality later in the season. These rooms because of their size typically have a smaller range of varieties in them enabling us to more nimbly respond to changing supply and demand scenarios and your most urgent requirements. Best of all that is with rooms that are sealed sooner and opened later, assuring your customers the best, freshest product.
